EXPERIENCE
Mr. Spring joined Bain Capital in 2005 and is a Partner on the Bain Capital Double Impact team. He was previously a member of the Bain Capital Private Equity team focused on investments in healthcare companies.
Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Spring was an investment banker at Morgan Stanley, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, and capital raising for financial services companies.
EDUCATION
Mr. Spring received an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was also co-President of the Harbus Foundation, a student-run venture philanthropy organization. He graduated magna cum laude with a BA in Economics from Williams College.
