EXPERIENCE

Ms. Curtiss joined Bain Capital in 2023.  She is the General Counsel of Bain Capital Double Impact.  Prior to joining Bain Capital, she was a corporate attorney at Ropes & Gray LLP in Boston, primarily focused on private equity transactions.

EDUCATION

Ms. Curtiss received a J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law and a B.S. in Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University.  She is a member of the state bar of Massachusetts.
