EXPERIENCE
Ms. Quinn joined Bain Capital in 2022. She is an Operating Partner on the Bain Capital Double Impact team.
Prior to joining Bain Capital, Ms. Quinn was a Vice President at Keurig Dr Pepper. She led Marketing & Strategy for the B2B Coffee business, and also held a position in company-wide Corporate Strategy. Prior to Keurig Dr Pepper, Ms. Quinn was a consultant at McKinsey & Company, where she primarily focused on Consumer Goods and Marketing & Sales. Additionally, Ms. Quinn was an investment professional at Audax Group Private Equity.
EDUCATION
Ms. Quinn received an MBA from Harvard Business School where she was a Baker Scholar. She graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from Duke University.
