EXPERIENCE

Devon Johnson joined Bain Capital in 2025. She is an Executive Vice President on the Double Impact team.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Devon was a senior leader at Converse (owned by Nike) where she held leadership roles across strategy, marketing, and go-to-market. Prior to Nike, Devon was Vice President of marketing at Catalant Technologies, a brand manager at Procter & Gamble, and a principal consultant at Parthenon/EY focused on the private equity practice.

EDUCATION

Devon received an MBA from Harvard Business School and an AB in social studies from Harvard College.
