EXPERIENCE

Ms. Chen joined Bain Capital Double Impact in 2021.  Prior to joining Bain Capital Ms. Chen worked at Abry Partners where she focused on investments in the tech-enabled services, software, and healthcare sectors.  Prior to joining Arby Partners, Ms. Chen was at Cerberus Capital Private Equity specializing in the consumer and healthcare space. 
 

EDUCATION

Ms. Chen holds a Master in Finance from Princeton University and BA in Economics from University of Toronto.
