Amy Lang

EXPERIENCE

Amy Lang joined Bain Capital in 2026. She is an Operating Partner on the Double Impact team.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Amy was President of CDS at Advantage Solutions where she ran a global retail services business.  Prior to joining Advantage Solutions, Amy held several roles at Staples, Inc. across multiple departments including Store Operations, Print Sales and Marketing and was a consultant at Bain & Company.

EDUCATION

Amy received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in economics from Williams College.
